The Perfect Outfit

Louise here! Now I know a lot about fashion so I'm gonna be telling you guys about how to get the perfect summer outfit! 
What I usually wear on a nice hot summer day is a pastel coloured dress or brightly colured skirts and a top or shorts. Accsesorie wise I have sunnies and jewellery.

I miss summer :(

I miss summer so much! I miss having BBQ's on the beach, being with my best friend Amelie, I even miss having mosquito bites! Why can't summer be longer! :'( Here are a few pictures from the summer :)

Victorias Secret Haul

A few days ago we all went up to Bond Street. We went into Victoria's Secret and bought a lot! We didn't buy clothes and stuff we bought body mists and body lotions! Since its Fred writing now I will show you what I bought, but if you want to see what Liv and Lou bought there is a video up on Videofyme, our username is Porky Pigs Blog :)
So this is what I bought. I bought Love Spell Body Mist (The purple bottle), Aqua Kiss Body Mist(The blue bottle), Mango Temptation in both Body Mist and Body Lotion(The dark pink bottles) and Strawberry Champagne( The light pink bottle)

Going Running! :)





Hi Fred here AGAIN! Liv and Lou aren't very good at updating the blog :p And so sorry for not updating the blog in ages! Had a stupid science project which was really hard and ended up being 15 pages! Also I had to get ALOT of help! So If you dont know, I do go running, I am a bit of an exercise freak, call me wierd, but I love it! It gives me a lot of time to think and clear my head, I dont really bring a rucksack like others, but I have a lot of pockets to put stuff in, and I occasional bring a plastic bag (classy, I know) and just put stuff like a jumper in case it rains.
Anyway here are just some tips on what I do! 

Before I go, I always write down in a notebook how long I want to run for, how many miles and stuff like that, then I grab a bottle of water,  and make sure I have everything charger and that  I want to bring with me.


When I run I like to listen to music with a lot of beat than you can follow along to because it helps keep rhythm!
I usually run for about an hour, to an hour an a half depending on how tired I am, or how the weather is. Here in england, the weather is so unpredictable so if it is raining I won't go, but If its nice and sunny I will.

After I get home, I usually go and take a shower, change clothes, and then write down how long I ran for, how many minuets I ran for and where.
