Hi Fred here AGAIN! Liv and Lou aren't very good at updating the blog :p And so sorry for not updating the blog in ages! Had a stupid science project which was really hard and ended up being 15 pages! Also I had to get ALOT of help! So If you dont know, I do go running, I am a bit of an exercise freak, call me wierd, but I love it! It gives me a lot of time to think and clear my head, I dont really bring a rucksack like others, but I have a lot of pockets to put stuff in, and I occasional bring a plastic bag (classy, I know) and just put stuff like a jumper in case it rains.
Anyway here are just some tips on what I do!
Before I go, I always write down in a notebook how long I want to run for, how many miles and stuff like that, then I grab a bottle of water, and make sure I have everything charger and that I want to bring with me.
When I run I like to listen to music with a lot of beat than you can follow along to because it helps keep rhythm!
I usually run for about an hour, to an hour an a half depending on how tired I am, or how the weather is. Here in england, the weather is so unpredictable so if it is raining I won't go, but If its nice and sunny I will.
After I get home, I usually go and take a shower, change clothes, and then write down how long I ran for, how many minuets I ran for and where.
